I bought a pair of these glasses and loved them. I wore them all the time and got so used to having them on all the time that i forgot they were on when i dove in the river and lost my first pair. I bought another pair and had them for 6 months and my dog knocked them off my couch and then jumped on them and cracked the lens. I e-mailed JiMarti and told them about it (expecting an automated reply) within 4 hours I had a human response. I gave the JiMarti associate my amazon order number and told her my lens got cracked and literally within 3 days i had a brand new pair in my mail box free of charge.
